Global Corporate Charter W.L.L is a limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, having its registered office #24, building 2954i, road 5549, block 255, Galali, Kingdom of Bahrain, Company registration Number 154897-01, known as “GCC”.

GCC acts as an agent to facilitate and book the above mentioned flight schedule a charter flight for the customer through approved charter operators, and the above quotation is subject to aircraft availability, slots, all over-flight and landing permission, and is also subject to operator’s & owner’s approval. Our flight time are tentative and may vary due to weather conditions and traffic. all our flights are non-smoking, unless otherwise stated.

Quotation might differ at time of written confirmation. To ensure aircraft availability, please confirm your approval at your earliest convenience.

The above prices include: Aircraft positioning during airport operational hours, regular landing taxes, fly over charges, standard catering & open bar, crew night charges, as per operator’s terms and conditions, additional charges may apply.

The above prices do not include: Extra charges for airport late opening hours, specific catering requests, Wi-Fi if available on board, satellite phone, rerouting due to poor weather, de-icing costs and if applicable additional war risk insurance premiums.

Payment Terms:

Payment should be paid upon signing this quotation to above mentioned bank account details via wire transfer or credit card. The wire transfer payments should be secured and credited into the operator’s bank account 72hours prior to positioning to the desired departure and destination.

For each payment by card, additional bank processing fees shall apply as indicated in the invoice.

Cancellation Fees:

if after issuance of charter flight confirmation, a flight is cancelled by the customer, or customer requests a time change which operator cannot accommodate, in which case the flight shall be deemed cancelled by the customer, or operator is prevented from performing the flight due to any act or omission of the customer or any passengers, then, unless otherwise stated in the charter flight quotation, the following cancellation fee (expressed below as a percentage of the total price of the contract) will be paid by customer, or retained by GCC from the amount already paid by customer, as the case may be:

• More than 10 days prior to departure: 30% (Cancellation came after signing the agreement)
• Between 6 and 9 days prior to departure: 50%
• Between 3 and 5 days prior to departure: 75%
• Less than 48 hours prior to departure: 100%

If a positioning flight to the point of departure is necessary, then the above cancellation fee periods will be considered from the time of cancellation to the date of departure of such positioning flight.
